The KMEL Family Mourns The Loss Of Howard Grafman

The KMEL family has lost broadcast pioneer and founder of Charter Broadcasting Howard Grafman. Howard was at the helm of the company during the most successful days of KMEL as an album rock leader in the Bay Area and during the flip to Top 40 and it's later market dominance.
